You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 21merryph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify 21merryph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 21merryph reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any time at 21merryph's discretion. You agree to provide all documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All financial transactions on 21merryph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 21merryph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 21merryph account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. 21merryph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 21merryph aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, where applicable.
Fraud Prevention: 21merryph employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of financial transactions. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or money laundering, will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
Note: 21merryph is not a financial institution. Funds held in your 21merryph account are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme. Please only deposit amounts you can afford to use for gaming entertainment.

(c) Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
(d) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 21merryph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 21merryph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
21merryph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 21merryph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
21merryph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient security measures to protect your own systems when accessing the 21merryph platform.
You may close your 21merryph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
21merryph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In such cases, 21merryph may withhold funds pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 21merryph platform shall first be submitted to 21merryph's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
21merryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the 21merryph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
